With ClarityFit’s Personal Training you have the option to be coached in our facility, virtually or have us come to your home or work. In this group fitness class a certified instructor leads the class through a functional warm-up, strength work, a HIIT workout and a proper cool down. All movements are taught and reviewed by the instructor giving you the personal attention and training needed to have success with the goals you have set. This class is designed to teach people how to move properly from teaching functional movements that will help you move better and more efficiently in and out of the gym.

Those who attend this class can expect to strengthen the hips, shoulders, knees and all other joints while increasing mobility and flexibility. We provide a healthy lifestyle choice for our 55+ community. Come try the new style of functional fitness that will yield great results that directly reflect in everyday life applications.

Do you love working out at the gym but don’t know how to do it? The Bodybuilding program offered at ClarityFit is an excellent class that allows members to reach the aesthetic goals they desire and have a great pump all in a 45-minute session. We focus primarily on the isolation of specific muscle groups that get your blood flowing and muscles showing. Make no mistake this isn’t the traditional bodybuilding session you would do alone. Our class is held in an energetic and fun group class.
*The bodybuilding program is hypertrophy and isolation based and excludes HIIT training in this particular class.*

ClarityFit Yoga is a moderately paced Vinyasa Flow Yoga with plenty of time designated to focus on tight areas of lifters and runners. This program is primarily meant for beginners up to intermediate yogi’s. No prior yoga or fitness experience is required. Mats, Yoga Blocks, Foam Rollers, Straps are all included.
